From today until June 18, my sisters Nancy and Mickey are the same age! I am sure all the new moms and moms to be are working out the math on that one! And I believe the young mother responsible had not yet reached her 20th birthday.
So, Happy Birthday you two Geminis. The rose pictured is a recent acquisition that happens to be named "Gemini" and will make a lovely addition to my rose garden. Of course, I will always think of you both when it blooms--hot pink on the outside and butter yellow on the inside.

What a beautiful Gemini rose - and so apt. Nancy and Mickey are so different and yet so alike - both spicy hot (sometimes) but oh so soft on the inside. Yes, this young, naive woman hastened Nancy's birth so she could go to their father's graduation dance - otherwise they might have even closer birthdays! Thank you dear Bonnie.
